Brick Lane Curry House 11/8/09 Greenwich Village, New York City

Friends and myself saw a segment on "Man Vs. Food" concerning THE WORLDS HOTTEST CURRY so we had to try it out, I went for the milder Chicken Bhuna Curry but my friend Chris tackled the Phaal Curry which was The HOT Curry in question, he finished it too, I had a wee taste and Boy was It Spicy. Nice atmosphere, good Wait staff but just a little pricy (17 for Curry) considering 2 can eat for 25 bucks on the sixth street Little India strip. Delicious food though it was, For appetizers we had Meat Samosa's and Vegetable Pakora's complimented by Pints of Kingfisher Beer and Mango Lassi's not to mention the Delicious Tap Water.

Always a Favorite, Mulligatawny Soup. I tend to prefer the Tomato based Red Soup but this was Tasty, Warm & Lentilly. Nice Doily Too.

Theres always Room for a Cannoli, these being from the Famous Veniero's Pastry & Bake Shoppe but not tonight, I was stuffed until 4 a.m. at least. OK I had one (half chocolate, half plain)
