(L to R) Fried Potatoes, Fried Hot Dogs, Salad a la papas flanked by flavorful dipping sauces. And no thats not cheese on the lettuce (DAMMITT!!!) its shredded Carrots.
Prices have increased but still worth the five bucks admission fee.

I don't live near there anymore. Do you know what kind of sauce they put on their salchipapas? I'd like to figure out how to make something at home.
I would always go there and get salchipapas, extra sauce, extra fried an also Papa a La Huancaina with extra sauce. I love them!
